1. Agreement
By engaging Two Scoops Creative ("we", "us") for services, or by using our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Specific deliverables, timelines and fees for each project will be outlined in a separate proposal or quote, which forms part of these terms once accepted.
3. Payment
Unless otherwise agreed, a deposit is required to commence work. Outstanding amounts are payable as per the agreed schedule. Late payments may attract interest or pause work.
4. Revisions
Each deliverable includes a reasonable number of revision rounds as outlined in your proposal. Additional revisions may be quoted separately.
5. Intellectual property
Final deliverables transfer to you upon full payment. We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio and case studies unless otherwise agreed.
6. Confidentiality
We treat all client information shared during a project as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without permission.
7. Liability
Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate a project with written notice. Fees for work completed up to the termination date remain payable.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
